02What happens if I run out of AI credits?+
Your AI Auto-Reply pauses until the next billing cycle, or you can buy extra credits anytime at $29 per 1,000. Email forwarding is never affected.
03Can I bring my own model / endpoint?+
On Studio, yes — point arc at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. We charge nothing extra; you pay your own provider.
04Where is mail stored?+
arc forwards in transit; we don't store message bodies. Routing metadata lives 7 days on Solo, 30 on Pro, 90 on Studio (see the table above) — then drops.
